

How-to support for Forestry Applications is provided by the faculty member listed.

Upon user request, Helpdesk can set up message forums (Public Folders in Exchange) and user managed mailing lists to assist the application's user base in providing their own application support. How-to support and troubleshooting support beyond launching the application is not provided by Helpdesk.

Install - Helpdesk will install the application and see that the program starts up properly.For most applications introductory workshops are available for all Forestry Computing clients except undergrads. Limited - Helpdesk will install, trouble-shoot, and answer basic questions.Workshops (introductory and more advanced) and occasional one-on-one training are available for all Forestry Computing clients except undergrads. Full - Helpdesk will install, trouble-shoot, and try to answer all questions (in some cases with support coming from Tier 2).Remsoft Spatial Planning System (aka Woodstock) 7.2.0 (for use with ArcGIS 10.0 SP4 only)
